Eligibility
You must be at least 25 (twenty-five) years of age to book an event and possess a major credit card. You may not participate in this promotion if you are an employee of McCall Travel Club. Accommodations Reservations are on a space-available, first come, first served, basis. Savings and available accommodations may vary by season. All other charges, taxes, expenses, and the cost of travel are your sole responsibility and are not included. Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit of $500 for the first two people (double occupancy required), is required to reserve a cabin. The non-refundable deposit will be calculated as a percentage of your total payment after deducting the deposit. For example, if you paid $6000 for double occupancy and you cancel 120 days prior to the cruise date, you will be reimbursed $3600, or 60%. 90 days prior to the cruise date, you will be reimbursed $3000, or 50%. 60 days prior to the cruise date, you will be reimbursed $1800, or 30%. There is no reimbursement for any cancellation less than 60 days prior to the cruise date. Purpose of Promotion While every attempt is made to avoid itinerary and pricing changes, McCall Travel Club reserves the right to modify any itinerary/pricing structure without notice, if necessary. |
