In order to reserve a cabin, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $500 is required for the first two people, double occupancy required. For this cruise we have setup different payment plans for you to choose. Upon submitting this form a Representative from McCall Travel Club will contact you to complete the processing of your payment.based on the payment method and payment plan you chose.
Should you select to make the intial deposit of $500, the remaining balance will be due 30 days after the deposit has been processed. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in the cancellation of your cabin and forfeiture of all monies paid.

Section 7: Cabin Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Once a cabin is confirmed and a deposit paid, a downgrade to a lower priced cabin is not permitted. Upgrades will be allowed and are based on availability.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable deposit of $500 for the first two people (double occupancy required), is required to reserve a cabin. The non-refundable deposit will be calculated as a percentage of your total payment after deducting the deposit. For example, if you paid $6000 for double occupancy and you cancel 120 days prior to the
cruise date, you will be reimbursed $3600, or 60%. 90 days prior to the cruise date, you will be reimbursed $3000, or 50%. 60 days prior to the cruise date, you will be reimbursed $1800, or 30%. There is no reimbursement for any cancellation less than 60 days prior to the cruise date.
